flooding in the yard!

well, this weekend I was home running the B&B while mom and dad were out in the world visiting Joel and Saron and kids. the whole weekend was one big rainfall... and i have to say this is probably the most water in our yard i've ever seen! here are some pictures to prove it... see that little red bridge? well it usually is about a foot longer on either side, plus at least a foot above the water level. and there is usually at least a foot and a half of grass between the water and that big bush/tree on the right.

again, if you look close you can see the water right up to the bottom of the bridge, and it is only about half a foot from the willow tree. waaaayyyy higher than normal!

however, as exciting as the over abundance of water was, we woke up sunday morning and it was already pretty much back to normal.
